LESSON FLOW
1. Pictures Show the children playing kindly. Say: “When we are kind to others, we are showing love.”
2. Song Sing “Jesus Said Love Everyone.” Actions: arms wide / hand over heart / hug self.
3. Scripture story Show the good Samaritan. Tell: “A hurt man was on the ground. Two men walked by. Another man stopped and helped. He showed love.”
4. Pretend walk Go on a pretend walk and help a fallen friend, give a drink to someone thirsty, and hug Mommy or Daddy.
5. Love in action Ask: “What can we do to show love?” Let the children smile, wave, help, and say, “I love you.”
6. Repeat & close Have the children say, “I can love others.” Tell them Jesus is happy when we show love.
